Penn-Trafford boys basketball won their biggest rivalry in the first game of the season. After only defeating Norwin by one point last year (49-48), the Warriors increased their margin of victory to 17 points this Dec. 3.
The Warriors maintained their lead throughout the game, and spread out their scoring with four double-digit players: Evan Gross (17), Zach Feldman (14), Peyton Mastro (13), and Brayden Stone (10).
Both Tyler Anthony and Gross scored nine points on 3-pointers, and the Warriors made a total of 11 successful 3-pointers.
The Warriors increase their record to 1-0 and will play away at Hempfield on Dec. 6.
