The stars of “The Marvels” are Brie Larson, Teyonah Parris and Iman Velani, who play the roles of Carol Danvers, Monica Rambeau and Kamala Khan respectively.

“Higher. Further. Faster” is the tagline for Marvel’s upcoming movie. “The Marvels,” also known as “Captain Marvel Two,” will be coming out soon. This film stars characters introduced in the “Captain Marvel” film as well as the “WandaVision” and “Ms. Marvel” streaming series.

The film itself is about Carol Danvers – Captain Marvel –  reclaiming her identity after separating from the Kree Empire. While exploring a strange wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary, her powers become entangled with Jersey City superhero-fan Kamala Khan, AKA Ms. Marvel, and Captain Monica Rambeau, Carol’s estranged niece who is now an astronaut for S.A.B.E.R. space station. Carol, Monica and Kamala are forced to work together and save the universe.

Director Nia DaCosta stated that this movie will be more mature and emotional than the first “Captain Marvel.”

The starring actors in this film are Brie Larson, Teyonah Parris and Iman Velani, who play the roles of Carol, Monica and Kamala respectively.

Zawe Ashton is playing Dar-Benn, an “Accuser” of the intergalactic Kree Empire; this is also the movie’s primary antagonist. Additionally, Park Seo-Joon plays the character Prince Yan of the planet Aladna.

Samuel L. Jackson will also be reprising his role as Nick Fury. This film marks Jackson’s 15th MCU project, “Iron Man” being his first. According to Slash Film, this movie will continue his story following “Secret Invasion,” his most recent Marvel project.

“The Marvels” is set to hit theaters on Nov. 10, 2023, and will likely be available for streaming around February or March 2024.
